Desjardins continues to support Maison McCulloch Hospice by sponsoring our 5th annual Care-a-Thon
The Hospice needs your help. Sadly, we know we can’t cure everyone, but we can surely care for everyone – and that’s what our Hospice offers to our community at NO charge. Over 2000 people have spent their last hours and days at the Hospice. They didn’t go there to die but rather to live those days on their own terms with respect, dignity and love.
To help cover some operational expenses, the Sudbury Hospice Foundation, in partnership with Desjardins and Pure Country Radio, will host our 5th annual Care-A-Thon in support of Maison McCulloch Hospice on Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) on Pure Country 91.7.
The event will be co-hosted by Josh and Coop from Pure Country 91.7 along with Julie Aubé, Executive Director of Maison McCulloch Hospice. Many voices and stories will answer the question “Why do you care about our Hospice?”
“Desjardins is honored to continue supporting Maison McCulloch Hospice,” says Monique Dubois1, Director of Business Development at Desjardins Ontario Credit Union. “As a pillar of the community, the facility’s positive impact in the lives of its residents and their families is impossible to forget. The Care-a-Thon opens the airwaves for even more citizens to share testimonies, dedications and more in support of the Hospice.”
